JESSE PALMER
Artist • Creator • Designer
Welcome to My World

I have always been a creator.
My artistic influences include Salvador Dalí and the Surrealist movement, but my greatest influence has always been my own imagination and the world around me.
Long before I understood what it meant to be an artist, I was drawing. Growing up in Mesquite, Texas, I spent countless hours recreating images from comic books and newspapers, teaching myself to see shapes, details, expressions, and stories in a different way.
As I grew older, those drawings became my own.
Pencil, markers, charcoal, acrylics, illustration, sculpture, metalwork, tattooing, clothing, and eventually canvas all became part of my creative journey. I have never really needed to look far for inspiration. A blank piece of paper, a shirt, a napkin, a box, a cup—or almost anything placed in front of me—has always seemed to invite me to create.
My artistic influences include Salvador Dalí and the Surrealist movement, but my greatest influence has always been my own imagination and the world around me.
Two Sides of the Same Life
There is another important part of my story.
Alongside my life as an artist, I have built a career in the industrial world. Working as a union pipefitter and within industrial environments, including Chevron, has allowed me to work with tools, cranes, welding, cutting torches, engineering, construction, and complex piping systems.
I genuinely love that work.
There is something incredibly satisfying about taking a complicated problem, understanding how all of the pieces fit together, and helping build something that serves a purpose in the real world.
But when the workday ends, another part of me comes alive.
The artist.
The dreamer.
The person who sees a blank canvas and already has an image forming in his mind.
One side of my life is structured, technical, disciplined, and constructive.
The other is imaginative, expressive, instinctive, and creative.
I don’t see these as two separate lives. I see them as two parts of who I am.
And that is where Two Lost Souls began.

my imagination, my experiences, and my desire to create something meaningful.
Thank you for taking the time to explore my work.
I hope you find something here that inspires you to create, dream, express yourself, and perhaps even discover your own Two Lost Souls.
